Hbcu Summer Programs 2024 Application. Applications for the 2025 cohort will go live in december. Fema is recruiting students from minority serving institutions, such as historically black colleges and universities (hbcus), tribal colleges and tribal.

Students who successfully complete the program will receive a scholarship for their participation. For the fy24 internship, applications can be submitted from october 15, 2023, to january 05, 2024, 11:59 edt.
